Fair and Square 9 Patch with Removable Collar

One of a kind!!   This is our classic style with two front pockets that have been lined with matching fabric to the under collar.  I decided to add a dark denim vintage binding to this beauty to offset the beautiful colors of the quilt. She has four vintage shell buttons up the front and a removable shearling fur collar.  This is a medium weight  Jacket.  Please use the measurements below to determine if this coat will fit you.  This Quilt is in great condition for its age.  Fabrics on this quilt date back to 1860-1880.  The inside of this coat does have some age spots and the quilt itself has a few thin areas. The backing on this quilt feels almost like flannel.  We salvaged all of the best parts of this quilt and are so happy to give it a new life!

Armpit to Armpit: 22 1/2  inches (always double the P2P)

Sleeve from top of shoulder: 25 1/2 inches

Center Back: 41  inches

All measurements are taken with the coat buttoned and laying flat.

Hand wash in cold water and air dry. Best only done every few years.  Spot clean as needed.
